  1. COVID-19 - What a Mess

Justin Trudeau is "infected" by the coronavirus. I don't know much about him, but things I read imply he's not a nice fella. Imply. I do not read empirical fact. Let me say that. Maybe there is more to his "infection" than what the media says? The mainstream media in America are liars. They serve an organization that does not want the best interest of the global population. Earth. Media outside of America is not what I research. I do not know what the coronavirus is "about", but I do not believe it is an accident from the animal kingdom. I believe it is a bioweapon. To what end? I have not read enough to come to a conclusion. I hear (and am inclined to believe--though I am not convinced) that some BIG things are happening underneath the "blanket" of the Covid-19. I know this: nothing like this has happened in recent times. Innocent? I find suspicion.
  2. COVID-19 - What a Mess

Yeah. Ohio too. Places where people gather in numbers greater than 20 are closed. That means restaurants, gyms, theaters, etc. Grocery store shelves are bare. Schools closed. Wall to wall coverage from the clucking hens at the lying mainstream media. I have heard conspiratorial theories. I have heard that there are two strains of the virus, one more deadly than the other. It is probably worse, as far as the number of cases (and deaths) than we hear. But, is this hype warranted? I don't know. I wonder what the future will bring...
  3. I liked him in Needful Things. A Steven King great, IMO.
  4. Random Stuffz

My experience too. Google tracks waay too much, as well as practices amoral behavior, but damn if they can't code the best search engine. I may make a switch to using two engines--DDG for first run results (and my go-to), and then Google if I need more info on a given topic.
  5. Random Stuffz

Might to time to switch to Duck Duck Go, given how Google shadow bans legitimate web sites in their search results. Google is so polished for everything but alternative media.
  6. Random Stuffz

Gotcha, thanks. I guess I could have Googled that...
  7. Random Stuffz

What do you mean by "campy"? I've heard of camping in a videogame...
  8. [WIPz] Unofficial Morrowind Patch

    Thread de-railers
  9. Merry Christmas!

That's cool. I hope you all can get it released.
  10. Merry Christmas!

    Liar
  11. Happy New Year!

Hockey, AB? Classic Canadian. I'm glad that Jimi is recovering well after his surgery--a little holiday magic, perhaps. You have whetted my appetite regarding TAL. Share the news soon. Anywho, happy New Year all and best wishes for 2020. May the 2010's rest in peace.
  12. Merry Christmas - A Happy New Year

    Merry Christmas all.
  13. Tweak Guides has Moved On

Yeah, video cards back when Oblivion came out were not what they are today in the sense that games were not as reliant on them as they are today. A videocard nowadays does much of the work rendering a game, whereas the CPU did more back in the days. I think a 6800 GTX was king when Oblivion came out.
  14. Tweak Guides has Moved On

Yep, he sure did. After the community found some of the tweaks to be harmful, he posted a warning. Yeah, when Oblivion first came out it was demanding of hardware. I think people wanted the magic FPS booster. It's funny that even now, modded Oblivion will bring a beefy rig to it's knees.
  15. Elder Scrolls: Blades Early Access

I just might download this game. I saw Call of Duty advertised in the Play Store. Downloading that crossed my mind, but Blades trumps CoD being it's a Beth RPG. The best way to tell if you like a game is to play it.
  16. Elder Scrolls: Blades Early Access

I guess I could search out forums and communities to see what others have to say about combat. If combat sucks, the game is a no no. Even though it's free.
  17. Tweak Guides has Moved On

I followed his Oblivion guide and read the reports on it. There was much more to it than INI tweaks. But being you all are speaking of those, some were legit, others were not. His memory and loading tweaks were found to be not useful or even harmful. Much (i.e. a lot of) of the other stuff worked just fine, though. But I don't think he was into disassembling code etc., he kind of tested by trial and error. I don't think he had a programming background.
  18. Elder Scrolls: Blades Early Access

Have they improved combat, AB? I recall you saying at some point that combat was a low point. I thought you had said it was too difficult?
  19. Oh yes! That video pounds a bell--ring isn't the word for it. Great song. Haven't heard it in years. Thanks.
  20. Tweak Guides has Moved On

No, not Black Viper. Koroush Ghazi was the owner/founder. Australian dude. Like Schtearn. Wrote some great tweak guides for games over the years. Wrote some great guides for Windows and driver software as well. Tweakguides will be missed. It was a site I checked every day. Schtearn is late to the game--it's been down for two weeks or so now. I bid it a farewell as well.
  21. Elder Scrolls: Blades Early Access

Cool. If it comes to PC I will buy it as well. I've never really gotten in to phone games. I'm not particularly opposed to them, just am not compelled enough to grab one. I guess...
  22. AB, I'm too lazy to click links. Links are evil. Also, I think I've heard of Roxette...
  23. Elder Scrolls: Blades Early Access

Will it hit PC? Or do you just hope it will?
  24. Happy Birthday Andalay!

Happy Birthday, AB! I hope you had a great day.
