      Orphan Attachments   07/31/2018

I have been doing some housekeeping lately and I've noticed that I had a lot of orphaned attachments. Attachments get orphaned when the PM or post is deleted without removing the attachment first. Deleting a PM or post does not delete the attachment and the file or image remain on the server. I'd like to ask all members to go through their attachments and delete any attachments you don't need anymore or those that have been orphaned. Where can I get a list of my attachments? Click on your display name in the upper right corner of the forums and pick "My Attachments" from the drop-down list. How can I tell an attachment is orphaned? If the PM has been deleted, you'll see a message like this in your attachment list: Unfortunately there is no message if the post has been deleted, so please check your old posts. We do purge old birthday threads every once in a while. Also some hosted projects have been shut down, so you may have orphaned attachments on one of those locations. Thanks!

A Dark Brotherhood quest expansion mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition Please read this entirely before installing and asking questions to minimize issues. BETA INFORMATION: Please note, while this release is basically functional, this is a beta release, so you may run into some undiscovered bugs or problems. If you notice anything unusual please describe it to the best of your ability in this thread. That being said... have at it. I worked very hard to bring this mod to you and I hope you enjoy. - Tom Tesoro Known Issues: There are several instances where we are running into a dialogue bug, where you will have the options to talk to an NPC, but you won't be able to select anything to say. If you run into this issue with any of the dialogue, just save and reload and the dialogue will function as normal. This issue is still being evaluated at this time, and is the main reason why this isn't a full release. Official Links: These are the ONLY permitted links. Description: Betrayed by your own sister, the fate of the Dark Brotherhood rests upon the edge of a knife. You begin to rebuild the Brotherhood, adding in many assassins from all walks of life. Locked away within one of these acolytes, flows the blood of a Legendary Speaker from days passed. The secrets within their blood will change the Brotherhood forever. As you mold this descendant into a weapon, the Brotherhood becomes respected throughout the land once more. But with this respect comes fear, and with that fear many come out of the woods to destroy the Brotherhood. A recently disbanded guild has reformed, deadlier than ever, and an old but unknown enemy has resurfaced, and between the two guilds they are dedicated to wiping out every trace of the Brotherhood. The Brotherhood of Old is a quest mod for Skyrim, taking place after the final quest in the original Dark Brotherhood questline. This 24 quest epic will take you all across the land of Skyrim, as you try and rebuild the Brotherhood and strengthen it against future attacks. How will you deal with these new Brothers and Sisters? Will you be heartless and cold, doing only what is good for the Brotherhood as a whole? Will you be silent or cryptic, letting others fill in the gaps? Will you take the straightforward path, or will you put in a little extra effort and be rewarded proportionally? Will the Brotherhood fail under you, or will you make Sithis proud? Features: Roughly 5 to 7 hours of gameplay depending on your play style. 24 quests, which includes 16 main story quests, and 8 optional side quests. New items including new books, weapons, clothing, and armor. Fully voiced, featuring 26 semi-professional and professional voice actors. Adds a new player home. Adds a new follower and potential wife. Install\Uninstall Instructions: To install, place the contents of the zip file into your Skyrim Data folder. Usually located at "C:\Program Files\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data" unless you've changed the location. Sort your load order with LOOT. To uninstall, just delete The Brotherhood of Old.esp, The Brotherhood of Old.bsa, & The Brotherhood of Old - Textures.bsa from your Data folder. Uninstalling after you've already started the mod on a save is NOT recommended. Requirements: None! How to Start: You must have already completed the Dark Brotherhood questline in the main game. The quest "Hail Sithis!" should be in your list of completed quests. Once you've met this requirement, you will be contacted by a courier the next time you change locations (meaning, you traveled between areas. Fast traveling from Falkreath to Whiterun, for example.) You will be given a note called "Note From A Stranger" - Read it and the first quest called A Dream and a Dagger will start. Compatibility: Compatible with Save the Dark Brotherhood, so long as you install and play that first seeing how it happens before the questline ends. Compatible with Dark Brotherhood for the Good Guys. Not compatible with any mods that change or overhaul the Dawnstar Sanctuary and the Falkreath Sanctuary (called Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in-game.) Any such mods will cause issues and should be removed before playing. Not compatible with any mods that make major story changes to the Dark Brotherhood after the main Dark Brotherhood questline. Not compatible with any mods that make major changes to the NPCs Nazir and Babette, such as changing their locations or behavior. Not compatible with any mods that move the location of the Night Mother. Not compatible with any mods that change the way the Dark Brotherhood eviction system works (if any.) Permissions: Reuploads by other users on other sites or services without direct permission are strictly prohibited. If you wish to make a translation, please contact me first and we will work out the details. 3. [RELz] Oblivion Qaja-kar for all races

File Name: Oblivion Qaja-kar for all races File Submitter: Acechadora File Submitted: 03 Aug 2014 File Category: Quests Oblivion Qaja-kar for all races This is just a quick edit for the magnificent mod "Oblivion Qaja-kar" made by LegoManIAm94 that adds a new and complete questline associated to a new gang of khajiits. With the original mod no other race than khajiits are able to join this guild, including both the rest of vanilla races and any other new ones added by mods (including khajiit variants). This solve that by letting any vanilla or mod race be able to join and play this magnificent mod. This is only a replacer for the .esp, so you need to download and install the original mod from its page (and please remember to endorse it if you like it). All credits belong exclusively to LegoManIAm94 for making such a great mod, I only made the edit to make it playable with any race. The following is the original description of the mod: 1-Description 2-Requirements 3-Installing 1-Description If you like factions where you steal things or kill people then this is the faction for you. But you must be a Khajiit to join the gang. There are 46 quests in the gang. 5 quests for each city (except for Kvatch) and after you finish those you will have five more quest in the Imperial City. And it comes with a Miscellaneous quests. If you do not like traveling this will be a good guild for you. The only places you will be is in the cities only. And all of those places you can get to them by fast travel or by traveling on the roads. You will also get three helpers that will help you in the quest or even help you if you want to just kill or steal something and they can carry items for you. And the gang leaders will sell you unlimited Skooma, Lockpicks, & Probes. And there are secret passages in all the cities (except for the Imperial City) so you can sneak out or in the city if the guards are after you or if you have alot of bounty on you. Now I know it is hard to read for what to do for a quest but just read the quest stages in the menu or pause the game when they are talking or use OBSE -Elys- Universal Silent Voice. And the Qaja-kar Essential Bartenders is an optional file for if you want to start a barfight and sometimes a gang member will start a barfight in the bar the gang members go to and may kill the bartender and so this plug-in make it so they cannot be killed. The Qaja-kar questline is about corrupting the Imperials while they are weak from the Emperors death and the Oblivion crisis. And also making the world a dangerous place by doing step by step to either stealing something or killing someone. And use the How To Play As Telki-qa as a bonus. And if you play Morrowind also look at my Morrowind Qaja-kar. 2-Requirements Oblivion OBSE v0015 or newer 3-Installing To install just download then extract folder and drag plugin and bsa into your data folder. Then drag the QK file in the Sound folder into DataSoundFX folder. If you don't have the Sound folder in your Data folder then copy the Sound folder into Data folder. Click here to download this file
  4. [RELz] The Paarthurnax Dilemma

File Name: The Paarthurnax Dilemma File Submitter: Arthmoor File Submitted: 12 Sep 2013 File Category: Quests Disappointed with how ruthless and unforgiving the Blades were at the end of the main quest? Felt like you should have been able to put your foot down and make them see reason? Well now you can! This mod is a simple, yet badly needed modification to the post-MQ quest the Blades give you to kill Paarthurnax. Approach the quest as usual. Listen to the Greybeards and Paarthurnax. Should you decide to spare his life, return to Delphine or Esbern and explain it to them. You may have to be a bit forceful in the process. They may not like what you're telling them, but they're supposed to be there to serve the Dragonborn, right? Should you choose to go through with slaying him, he will not be alone. Paarthurnax told you he was going to try and teach others the Way of the Voice, and he'll have his first group of students listening intently. Or, well, whatever dragons do when they're perched on rocks looking at each other. Are you a ruthless savage like your Blade companions, or will you show compassion and forgiveness the Blades don't appear to be capable of anymore? Make your choice, Dragonborn! 5. [RELz] Bruma Guild Reconstructed

File Name: Bruma Guild Reconstructed File Submitter: Arthmoor File Submitted: 31 Jan 2015 File Category: Cities, Towns, Villages & Inns "They say time is the fire in which we burn." Dr. Tolian Soran surely must have been thinking of the Bruma Mages Guild when he said that to Captain Picard. For the guildhall burns in the eternal fire for all time. Or, at least it did! If you're like me, the ever-burning fires in the Bruma guild are an annoying consequence of the guild quest. I could see not doing something about rebuilding it immediately, but to just leave it sit? And with fires that never go out? That's silly. Upon teleporting in with a character who had already completed the quest line, I was reminded once more that I really REALLY wanted to do something about this. Now that I can, I have. The guildhall will undergo a staged reconstruction. The first two stages happen on their own, with no intervention. The fires will be put out, and the damaged rubble later cleared. The last two stages will not proceed until asked for, either by you asking Traven about it or by you ordering the reconstruction yourself once you become Arch-Mage. You can keep track of the progress by checking with Raminus Polus. He will handle getting new furnishings in and hiring new recruits. You will not be required to pay for this yourself. Due to technical issues involved in using the vanilla destroyed guild cell, the mod is forced to use a new cell for the rebuilding phases. All attempts to remove the noise left behind by the fires have failed. The only solution being to occupy a cell where those fires never existed OR to play a game with just this mod and Oblivion.esm loaded. Hardly ideal. Keep this in mind if you drop stuff in the burning hall, because you won't be able to retrieve it. Click here to download this file

Oblivion Qaja-kar for all races This is just a quick edit for the magnificent mod "Oblivion Qaja-kar" made by LegoManIAm94 that adds a new and complete questline associated to a new gang of khajiits.
  8. The Paarthurnax Dilemma

Disappointed with how ruthless and unforgiving the Blades were at the end of the main quest?
